About Booking
We provide a fully comprehensive booking facility which includes online booking with a leading payment service provider, live calendars and friendly phone support to holiday visitors in English, Italian, German, Spanish and Dutch.
If you would like to make a booking, please visit www.lakeluganohomes.com and click 'Book Online' at the top of your selected property page (see our Gallery page). Our booking system & the 'Sage' payment gateway are straightforward and very secure. It also delivers an instant booking confirmation by email, giving you the opportunity to book all your other travel arrangements simultaneously. Alternatively, we can answer any queries and make a booking for you, directly over the phone.
Our company has a very flexible booking policy and can accommodate arrivals and departures on any day of the week (with the exception of July & August when all arrivals are on Saturdays). We do however, have a '3 night minimum stay' requirement when making a booking. We are happy to receive payment by way of credit card or by wire transfer to either our UK, Dutch or German bank accounts. The online website booking system will calculate your inclusive holiday tariff automatically.
Holiday Insurance
'Insure For' has an excellent selection of products, but please read the terms and select the correct product for you.
CANCELLATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE - We recommend you take holiday travel and holiday cancellation insurance. In the event that you need to cancel due to any unforeseen circumstance or are taken ill whilst on holiday, then having insurance is invaluable. Travel insurance is regulated by the Financial Services Authority and can only be sold by a regulated company.
