The Palazzo apartments offer a wide variety of sleeping arrangements, from Studio - 2 bedroom and also vary in view, with the front facing apartments enjoying sunny panoramic lake view balconies.

 

From the Palazzo terrace, residents can easily access the restaurants, cosmopolitan café, stylish bar, hair salon and shops which are situated to the ground floor in an idyllic setting with ‘parterre’ flower beds, palm trees and the resident swimming pool.

Situated in beautiful parkland setting, the Villa apartments are located close to the main Palazzo residence yet offer a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

From studio - 3 bed accommodation, the villas offer a wide choice of modern self-catering accommodation, with the ground floor apartments enjoying access to private gardens and the first floor apartments, enjoying park and lake view terraces.

Resident street parking also conveniently features to the front of all the properties.

 

The spacious and leafy parkland offers cycle paths, a children’s park, a beach for residents to enjoy and access to the other lakefront facilities which include tennis courts, swimming pool and the front line café, bar and restaurant.

The activities and on-site facilities available to Residents at Porto Letizia Fronte Lago will ensure for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They include swimming, mini-golf, children’s play area and cycling, with paths meandering throughout the parkland allowing for cyclists, dog walkers and runners. A beach with breathtaking Lake Lugano views is also available to residents and offers the perfect place to enjoy a good book!

 

Onsite facilities include the main Palazzo reception & information desk, hair salon, boutique shop, the Italian restaurant ‘Osteria del Porto’, internet café, the stylish bar ‘Panama’, laundry room, linen hire, parking plus tennis and bike hire close by. Wi-Fi access can also be enjoyed in the main Palazzo residence subject to a small fee.

 

Just 500 m from the holiday village is a water park which is the ideal daytrip for children and families. Please note that this is subject to its own half day/full day entrance fees.
